Fall Welcome Package

Welcome to Imagine Studios!

Our 34-week program runs from September 11th – May 24th
Before slipping on those dance shoes, it’s important that all students and/or parents – whether returning or new – fill out and sign your registration forms so we can ensure we have the most up-to-date contact details for you.
This information includes your Registration form, Media release form (so we can show off photos and videos of our amazing dancers in and around the studios) Public Liability / Insurance contract, Assumption of Risk and Wavier of Liability. In the event of a shut down, all classes will resume via virtual.

Registration options:

Online via our website on the Portal
Mail forms to the studio or bring your forms to the studio in person to arrange payment (post dated cheque, cash, debit, etransfer, credit).
We offer a variety of payment options that will suit your needs.

Are you new to dance lessons?

Allow us to help you select the best class for your child by speaking with our office staff in person, or by phone. Please don’t hesitate to call or email if you have any questions, we are here to make your Imagine experience the best!

TRIAL CLASS

• Your dancer can’t decide what class they want to take don’t worry they can trial up to 3 different genres to see which class is the right fit! (regular class fees still apply)

Special Dates and Holidays (Subject to Change)

First Day of Classes: Monday, September 11th
Last Day of Classes: May 24th
Closed Thanksgiving: Monday October 9th
Dress up for Halloween: Tuesday October 24th to Monday October 30th
Closed October 31st
Wear your costume to dance class!
(Parents please ensure your child can dance in their costume)
Have a Safe and Happy Halloween!
Bring a Friend Week: November 6th to the 11th (bring 1 friend)
Santa Claus Parade (tentative): Saturday, December 2nd the whole studio can join in on the celebration!
Closed Christmas Holiday: Last day of class: Thursday December 21st
Open back up in 2024: Monday January 8th
Closed Family Day: Monday February 19th
Closed March Break: Sunday March 10th – Sunday March 17th
Closed Good Friday: Friday March 29th
Picture Day: Saturday May 11th
Closed Victoria Day: Monday May 20th

Recital
Will be held at Showplace Performance Theatre, tickets will be $25 each person, tickets will go on sale in April
Dress Rehearsal Week: May 13th- May 17th
Recital: Tuesday May 21st and Wednesday May 22nd

Our Mission: It is our mission at Imagine Studios to inspire, educate and motivate all our students and to provide the highest standard of dance instruction in a nurturing safe environment.
Our success at Imagine Studios has been achieved through passion.

Please read with your dancer:

*As students work towards being great dancers, they are also working towards being great people and at Imagine Studios we have been surrounded by wonderful people over the past 18 years!
*Be respectful towards everyone. Cheer and applaud for every dancer whether they are from your dance studio or not. All dancers know how much work goes into every dance class and routine, so be respectful towards others accomplishments as well as your own
* Arrive on time to your classes to ensure full instruction
* Treat your teachers with respect, always.
* Be supportive of all your fellow class-mates
*Enjoy watching your child grow and learn new things
* Drop off and pick up your child on time
*Leave all devices in dance bag in the changeroom, no devices allowed in studio dance space
* Trust the professional guidance the instructors give to your dancer
* Always do your best and most of all, have fun!
