Student Registering in January

If your child is not excited with their chosen class do not worry – we will switch their class or offer a refund on that class minus a 10% administrative fee until February 1st. After the deadline of February 1st there ARE NO REFUNDS on classes or costume down payments under any circumstances (this includes post-dated cheques) it is too late for someone new to take a student’s space, and costumes have been ordered.

A $40.00 charge will apply to all NSF cheques.

Credit Card Payments

After a review of our previous fiscal year, we looked intentionally at the bank/merchant fees associated with processing credit card payments. With the continued expansion of rewards type cards the cost to the merchant can be as much as 2% of the invoice. For this reason, we need to apply 2% to each invoice paid by credit.

Communication

Our primary means of communication is via email. You will receive regular newsletters and important information via email so please ensure you have provided the studio with an up-to date email address that is regularly checked. We are of course happy to include multiple email addresses per family if you would like your correspondence sent to numerous recipients. You may receive emails via Dance Studio Pro, Mail Chimp, or Hotmail. Please read the bulletin board, located in the lobby to keep you updated.
